Your item(s) will reach you in 5-7 working days once payment has been verified. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are non-working days.
You may either opt for Normal or Registered Postage.
Normal Mail is Free. However, you are not able to track your parcel. Tote Aliens will not be liable for missing parcels through Normal Mail. Therefore, it is highly advisable our customers to opt for Registered Postage.
Registered Mail is an additional $2.24. You will be given a tracking number to track your parcel if your parcel doesn’t reach you on time. Alternatively, you can contact us at totealiens@gmail.com for your parcel details. If you are not around when the parcel was being delivered, the postman will leave a collection slip at your door step for you to pick the parcel up at your nearest post office.
Payment Options
We accept DBS/UOB bank transfers. If you do not have a bank account, we recommend a cash deposit at any DBS branch. If you are doing an ATM transfer, please keep your receipt and send us a snapshot as proof of payment. We will take legal actions against fraud cases – so be honest!
Returns & Exchange Policy
If you have received an item with a defect or a wrong item, please email us immediately totealiens@gmail.com, and we will do an exchange. If the item of your choice is sold out, we will give a full refund to you. Defected goods must be returned within 7 days from the original date of purchase.
